Ready to enter the professional world with hands-on training and client-facing experience? Spectrum's Fellowship Program gives recent college graduates a full-time, permanent position within our agency. The three main elements of the program include custom-designed training through the Spectrum Medical School, experiential learning with client teams, and a capstone project.
The Spectrum Fellowship Program has been a catalyst to careers at Spectrum. After completing the program, most of our former fellows have been promoted to new roles and continue to grow professionally and personally at our agency.
